The choice of our ingredients is essential for us to be able to offer you products of impeccable quality. For us, the most important thing is to look fornatural, authentic and tasty raw materials and to banish chemical components and other superfluous or dubious ingredients from our recipes.

From our travels, from our discoveries here and elsewhere, we select the best ingredients and whenever possible choose local producers from Occitanie. We choose chocolates from the 4 corners of the world, whether they come from the Ivory Coast, Jamaica, Vietnam or Ecuador, we select the best terroirs. Our exotic fruits are selected for their gustatory quality such as Acerola and Graviola (soursop) from South America or Calamansi from South East Asia. From these ingredients we draw our inspiration and create unique and generous recipes. Our products are so generous and rich in flavour because of the excellence of our ingredients, the unquestionable know-how of the artisan creator and the exacting craftsmanship of our production.
