Shipping and Returns
Shipping times for your package
We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. The delivery time may vary depending on the day and time of arrival of the order (working day, opening hours, public holidays, etc.).
Except in special cases, shipments are made as follows:
If your order is placed :
- monday to Friday BEFORE 12:00:
- monday to Friday AFTER 12:00:
- saturday and Sunday:
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. We recommend that you combine all your items into one order to limit shipping costs.
We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
The delivery time depends on the carrier chosen at the time of ordering and the destination city. The speed of the delivery method is indicated in its description.
- Colissimo: D+2 in Metropolitan France
- Chronopost: D+1 in Metropolitan France
In the event of a delay attributable to the carrier or to insufficient information from the addressee for delivery on the first visit (e.g. door code, details of the building/apartment/floor, etc.), we shall not be held responsible for this.
In order to facilitate the delivery of orders, we invite you to provide all the details required (recipient's mobile phone, door code, etc.).
Unable to deliver and packages not collected
When Colissimo / Chronopost is unable to deliver the parcel (incorrect address or missing information), the parcel is made available to the recipient at the corresponding post office for a period of 14 days. After this period, the package will be returned to the sender.
In this case, we cannot be held responsible and no refund can be demanded. The returned package will be available in our shop (12 rue des Filatiers 31000 Toulouse) for a period of 7 days after its return. During this period, the customer may collect it from the shop or request that it be reshipped at their expense.
After this period, if it has not been claimed, the package will be destroyed.
IMPORTANT: our chocolate assortment boxes have a minimum durability date of 4 weeks. We cannot be held responsible for the fact that, due to negligence on the part of the recipient of the order (e.g. not picking up at the post office), the remaining effective shelf life is short at the time of receipt of the package.
The nature of our food products does not allow any returns for obvious reasons of hygiene. Once the order has been prepared and dispatched, no cancellations or returns can be accepted.
