Every day, we create chocolate creations and a wide range of delicacies, from ice cream to macaroons and travel cakes. We want these products to be the embodiment of our credo: "Good, Beautiful and Authentic".
To make something good, everything starts with the careful selection of ingredients. This is why we spend a considerable amount of time looking for exceptional raw materials. Whether it's cocoa, chocolate, milk or fruit, we pay particular attention to finding quality ingredients that are authentic, tasty and, where possible, locally sourced. It is then our recipes and our creativity that will set noble raw materials to music.
To make something beautiful, you have to be a bit obsessive. Everything must be aesthetically pleasing. Everything, down to the smallest detail: from the decoration of each chocolate, which must be perfect, to the decoration of the different spaces, every detail is important.
For Authentique, sometimes you have to let your nature express itself. It's not only about raw materials but also about the quality of relationships, the very essence of what we want to offer to the people who give us the privilege of discovering our creations.
