Sébastien is the chocolate artist and creator of the Bello & Angeli delicacies. After learning the ropes in pastry making, Sébastien fell into the chocolate pot! Fuelled by his curiosity and driven by the desire to share his passion for creation and experimentation, Sébastien likes to innovate with new associations of flavours and aesthetics. His chocolate called "Sakura" is an example: with Japanese tones, it delicately combines the voluptuousness of the cherry blossom with the strength of an exceptional dark chocolate. The chocolates created by Sébastien have been distinguished by the Club des Croqueurs de Chocolat with awards in 2015 and 2020, as well as at the International Chocolate Awards in 2016 and 2017.
Beyond chocolate, Sébastien creates and elaborates with the greatest care all the delicacies produced in the Bello & Angeli workshop: ice creams, sorbets, fruit jellies, Christmas logs, cakes, macaroons, ... it's up to you to start the tasting.
