This bar is intended for lovers of very intense cocoa flavours: it is made from 100% cocoa paste from Madagascar. You will discover notes of red fruits and a pleasant acidity. This Grand Cru de Madagascar 100% dark chocolate has a long-lasting and very strong taste. The cocoa used to make this paste comes from the Sambirano Valley and is a very aromatic Trinitario variety, a cross between Criollo and Forastero. This chocolate expresses all its aromas as well when eaten alone as when used in your recipes: softness, brownies or chocolate mousse are only a few examples of desserts that will be sublimated by this intense chocolate.
