    This Grand Cru chocolate comes from the Vietcacao network, whose initial aim was to support young disabled people by integrating them into the cocoa industry. Long neglected, cocoa farming is experiencing a revival and a growing craze in Vietnam.
    Today, Filière Vietcacao is dedicated to the post-harvest processing of cocoa, as well as to the development of fine Vietnamese cocoa through partnerships with the families of planters and the actors of the cocoa industry. This chocolate expresses all its flavours as well as when eaten alone or used in your recipes: softness, brownies or chocolate mousse are only a few examples of desserts that will be sublimated by this exceptional chocolate.

    Ingredients: Cocoa beans, cocoa butter, cane sugar. Cocoa content min. 74%; May contain traces of nuts, eggs, cereals, milk, soya and sesame.
