ARTISANAL ICE CREAM WITH RUM AND GRAPES

In this creation, we have given way to our greed. By combining a banana flambéed with rum and a creamy ice cream, we wanted to offer you a dessert that is full of roundness and enveloping flavours.  

Our ice creams and sorbets are made in our workshop according to our original recipes using only the finest ingredients selected for their quality. We do not use any added colourings or flavourings (whether natural or artificial). You will therefore find in our ice creams and sorbets the authentic taste of real ice creams. 

Making good ice cream is easy. All you need is to come up with good recipes, use authentic and quality ingredients and put a lot of passion into it! 

Ingredients : WHOLE MILK, FRESH CREAM (MILK cream, MILK protein, stabilizer: carrageenan), banana, sugar, skimmed MILK, RHUM, water, dehydrated glucose, natural texture ingredients: pea peptides, MILK protein and fat, stabilizers (guar, carob), SOYAN fibre. May contain traces of the following allergens which are used in our workshop: GLUTEN, NUTS, CASH, SOYA, SESAME, MILK, EGG
