It is the 100% Arabica coffee from the Toulouse roaster that we use in this ice cream. The strength and slight bitterness of this coffee of character are associated with the roundness and smoothness of a gourmet ice cream.
Our ice creams and sorbets are made in our workshop according to our original recipes, using only selected and noble ingredients. We do not use any colouring agents or flavourings. So you will find in our ice creams and sorbets the taste of what they contain.
It's easy to make good ice cream and sorbets. All you need is to come up with good recipes, use authentic and quality ingredients and put a lot of passion into it!
Ingredients : WHOLE MILK, FRESH CREAM (MILK cream, MILK protein, stabilizer: carrageenan), 100% Arabica coffee, sugar, sorbitol, skimmed MILK, invert sugar, natural texture ingredients: pea peptides, MILK protein and fat, stabilizers (guar, carob), SOYAN fibre.

In this case, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MIX IN YOUR ORDER GLACES AT 18°C/-20°C AND OTHER PRODUCTS, which must be transported at room temperature (chocolates, biscuits, etc). You will therefore have to place one order consisting exclusively of ice cream and sorbets, and a second order containing the other products.
