A FEW TIPS FOR LOCATING YOURSELF AND AVOID "FAKE" ARTISAN ICE CREAM

Artisan ice creams are recognizable by their soft, matte colors, reminiscent of the natural color of the product. Ice creams with colors that are too frank or flashy mean that dyes have been added. When you taste them, you must find the original taste of the ingredient as if you were biting into the product. A natural fragrance and a sensation that does not deceive!

  • Pistachio ice cream is not green, banana ice cream is not chick yellow! The pistachio like the banana gives a mix of beige or cream color. The sight of these two flavors at an ice cream parlor is generally a good indicator!

  • Vanilla ice cream should have a cream color. It should have black grains of vanilla.

  • It is also necessary to be wary of the trays whose ice cream protrudes very far: they are often made from semi-prepared products.
