This Grand Cru dark chocolate is made from cocoa beans from the Piura region in northern Peru. Its aromas are reminiscent of tangy fruits and roasted hazelnuts with a cocoa-like finish.
The cocoa trees are grown by a group of producers trained in this crop in the village of Chuao, Venezuela, known for its excellence. The cocoa is grown in an agroforestry system and the beans are obtained in a short circuit, with no intermediary between the cocoa plantation and the processing plant. This chocolate expresses all its flavours as well as when eaten alone as when used in your recipes: softness, brownies or chocolate mousse are only a few examples of desserts that will be sublimated by this exceptional chocolate.
