As with all our creations, we apply OUR VALUES to the MANUFACTURING of our ice creams and sorbets.

In order to give you the taste of real artisanal ice creams and sorbets, we select noble ingredients on the basis of their quality. Our ice creams do not contain any colouring agents, flavour enhancers or aromas (natural or artificial).

It is the naturalness of the ingredients in our recipes that gives our ice creams and sorbets their authentic flavours.
