TONTON LOUIS' HONEY - FROM OCCITANIA

To each his own Madeleine de Proust (we have several rather than a whole packet of Madeleines). 

Among the many delicacies that made our childhood sweet was Tonton Louis' famous honey. Tonton Louis and his honeys, produced in the Lauragais, were inseparable.

Today, he is unfortunately no longer here to look after the hives, but he would no doubt approve of this honey which resembles his own.    

This exceptional honey is produced in the Lauragais region, between Toulouse and the Mediterranean. It is a honey from the flowers that grow in spring in the Lauragais, on the road to the Mediterranean, and it is a concentrate of spring.
